The players in this competition are two local neighborhood chefs; Chef James Mark of North in the West End and Chef Peter Gobin from Mijos Tacos, he runs a taco truck that comes to the market every week.
There are three local judges: 1.Christine West, a West side resident, enthusiastic amateur cook, and Principal at KITE architects in Olneyville. 2. Kari Lang, Executive Director of the West Broadway Neighborhood Association. 3. Don Nguyen, Designer, conscientious angler and foodie.

The supplier of our Mystery Seafood is Richard & Ann Cook from The Local Catch.

This event will be hosted by Michael Gazdacko, Director of Development and Operations at Urban Smart Growth and Host of Providence PechaKucha Night, and John Taraborelli, Special Projects Manager at Providence Media.
